Getting started with online booking

From a blank page to taking your first booking — the short version.

If you have never offered online booking before, the idea can feel bigger than it is. In practice, you need three things in place, and then you are open.

1. List what you offer

Add your treatments with a name, a length and a price. Pop on any add-ons — a hot stone upgrade, a little extra time. Clients see exactly what they are choosing before they commit.

2. Set the hours you actually work

Tell the diary when you are available. Block out lunch, school runs, the days you keep for yourself. Your booking page will only ever offer the times you are genuinely free.

3. Share your link

You get a tidy page of your own. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your email signature, your WhatsApp. That is the moment you start taking bookings while you sleep.
