Booking software shouldn't take a cut of your livelihood

Per-booking commission made sense for someone, once. We just do not think it should be you.

A lot of booking platforms take a small percentage of every appointment. It looks harmless on the page. But your treatments are not free to deliver, and a percentage scales with your hard work, not with the cost of running the software.

The better your month, the more you pay — for the same booking page you had in a quiet month. That never quite sat right with us.

A flat fee, and nothing on top

Bee-booked is £10 a month. That is the whole price. You pay your card provider’s standard transaction fee — exactly what you would pay them anyway — and we take nothing on top of it. Not a percentage, not a per-booking charge. Your busy months are yours.

“We would rather have a thousand practitioners who feel the price is fair than a hundred who feel a little stung every payday.”

The price you join on is the price you keep

Here is the part we feel strongly about. If you join on £10 a month, you stay on £10 a month — for as long as you are with us. If we ever put our prices up for new sign-ups, your price does not move. No loyalty penalty, no quiet creep at renewal. The longer you stay, the better your deal looks.

Like the sound of simple?

Bee-booked is open — 30 days free, then £10 a month flat, with the price locked in for good.
