Your booking page is your shopfront — make it work harder

A few small touches turn a plain list of treatments into something that turns a curious scroller into a booking.

For a lot of clients, your booking page is the first proper look they get at your practice. It is worth treating it like a shopfront rather than a form — warm, clear, and easy to say yes to.

Small things that earn bookings

  • Write treatment descriptions for a nervous first-timer, not an expert — say what happens and how they will feel.
  • Add a photo to each treatment; people book what they can picture.
  • Group your treatments by type so the page is easy to scan, and let people search if you offer a lot.
  • Introduce your team with a face and a line of warmth — people book people.

You do not need a designer for any of this. A little care in the words and a few good photos will quietly lift how many of your visitors become clients.
